We , teaching staff and pupils, got motivated through a range of approaches in our schools.

To motivate on teachers level each partner focused on an area of strength within their own school . These were social skills in Germany, strong learning environment in Denmark, ICT in Northern Ireland, parent involvement in Austria and Assessment for Learning in Belgium.

During exchange visits the host country demonstrated to their partners how they can motivate us through their strengths.

In addition other motivational approaches the group utilize or discover are shared across our partnership with the aim of increasing our skills in motivating and developing our practice.

To motivate our students how to develop 21st century skills , each partner shares examples of good practice to the group so we can try them out and implement them in our respective schools.
